Clause 1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Clause 2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bebe66 website, registering an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the bebe66 Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bebe66 regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede any prior representations, warranties, or undertakings.

Clause 3 Eligibility

Access to and use of bebe66 is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bebe66 does not permit individuals under 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances. Age verification is mandatory and will be enforced at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a location where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to use bebe66.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently enrolled in any self-exclusion or exclusion programme — whether administered by bebe66 or by another gaming operator — at the time of registration or continued use.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Company or its technology partners are not permitted to hold an active gaming account on bebe66.

Clause 4 Account Registration

To access bebe66's full range of betting and gaming services, you must register a Member Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on bebe66. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your login ID and password. bebe66 cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Notifying Changes: You must notify bebe66 promptly if any of your registered personal details change, particularly your name, address, or banking information. Updated details must be verified via the KYC process before they take effect on your Account.
5. Non-Transferability: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or the funds therein to any third party.

Clause 5 KYC & Identity Verification

bebe66 is required to verify the identity of all Members as a condition of its international gaming licence. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process must be completed before any withdrawal is approved, and may also be required in other circumstances at the Company's discretion.

Accepted Identity Documents:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Valid Indonesian Passport
• Indonesian Driving Licence (SIM) in conjunction with one additional identity document

Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months confirming your registered residential address.

Proof of Payment Method: Where deposits have been made via bank transfer, a screenshot or statement confirming that the sending account is registered in your verified name may be required. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

bebe66 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict gameplay, or close an Account where KYC documentation has not been submitted within a reasonable time of a request being made, or where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or insufficient.

Clause 6 Deposits

bebe66 supports deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian Members:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• Digital Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bebe66 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not associated with your verified identity, or anonymous payment sources. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be returned and the relevant Account reviewed for compliance.

Minimum and Maximum Deposit Amounts: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account dashboard and are subject to change. The applicable limits vary by payment method and Member account tier.

Deposit Currency: All transactions on bebe66 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Exchange rate conversions, where applicable, are applied at the rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. bebe66 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the final credited amount.

Processing Times: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of confirmation. Digital wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited within two (2) minutes. bebe66 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking or payment processing infrastructure outside its control.

Clause 7 Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Completion: A completed and approved KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal and may be requested again at the Company's discretion for subsequent withdrawals above specified thresholds.
2. Wagering Requirements: Any portion of your Balance derived from Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn. Real-money Balance that was deposited directly is not subject to wagering requirements unless it was used to claim a bonus.
3. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified bank account or digital wallet registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within your Account dashboard. Requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.
5. Processing Time: bebe66 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for the majority of transactions once compliance checks are complete. In certain circumstances — including but not limited to large withdrawal amounts, first-time withdrawals, or additional compliance reviews — processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
6. Withdrawal Fees: bebe66 does not charge Members fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bebe66 accepts no liability.

Clause 8 Bonuses & Promotions

bebe66 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Members who have satisfied the registration, verification, and deposit requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the promotion before they become withdrawable. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 10x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the promotion.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Right to Modify: bebe66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotion at any time, provided that Members who have already claimed and are actively meeting the terms of a promotion are not materially disadvantaged by such modification.

Clause 9 Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed on bebe66 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, game, or event. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products on the Platform:

• Football Betting: All football markets — including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, Asian handicap, mix parlay (accumulator), and voor bola (goal handicap) — are governed by the specific sportsbook rules published within the betting interface. Settled odds are final unless a technical error is identified.
• Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published results for the relevant market (SGP, HK, SDY, or Macau). bebe66 does not manipulate, alter, or influence draw outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment operated by certified dealers. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the hand or round result will be settled according to the rules of the relevant game studio.
• Slots & RNG Games: All slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generators. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• Voided Bets: bebe66 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including but not limited to situations where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical fault, or where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond its specified time limit, or affected by circumstances rendering settlement impossible.

Clause 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bebe66 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's identity to register an Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by bebe66.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in published odds, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sports events, or any activity that constitutes sports fraud.
• Money laundering or using bebe66 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain a collective unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bebe66 staff or other Members in any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account closure by registering a new Account.

Clause 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bebe66 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, bebe66's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bebe66 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever practicable. bebe66 shall not be liable for losses sustained as a result of Platform unavailability due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control.

Clause 12 Privacy

bebe66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bebe66 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform lawfully and securely. All data processing activities comply with applicable international data protection standards.

Clause 13 Responsible Gaming

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from bebe66 at any time. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Clause 14 Suspension & Termination

bebe66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or match manipulation.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Identification of the Account holder as being under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require restriction of services in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any Balance remaining in the Account — including both real-money and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at the Company's discretion. Where suspension is initiated pending investigation, real-money funds that are not implicated in the matter under review will be returned to the Member upon resolution, unless otherwise required by law.

Members may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting bebe66 support. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, provided there are no outstanding compliance matters or pending withdrawal requests.

Clause 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bebe66 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority's designated arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bebe66 from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect the Company's legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

Members based in Indonesia acknowledge that online betting and gaming occupies a specific legal context under Indonesian law. By registering and using bebe66, you confirm that you have independently assessed the legal position applicable to your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction and accept full personal responsibility for compliance with any local laws that may apply to you.
